Calibration - Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Carbon Dioxie gas calibration is the process of testing and adjusting a Carbon Dioxide (CO2) detector to ensure its sensors are accurate, which is crucial for worker safety.

Calibration involves a two-step process: performing a 500ppm calibration, and a span calibration by exposing the device to a cylinder of 5000ppm gas concentrations to align the readings.

This should be done regularly, and especially after events like the device being dropped or exposed to water, to correct for sensor drift and environmental factors.
